Procedures for payouts

Players

If a player’s number is drawn. They will be contacted using the details provided upon registration. They will be notified of the prize amount and asked for bank details to transfer the prize to them. This will be done monthly.

Congratulations you are this month’s winner. You have won …… please can you contact us with your bank details so we can transfer you your prize.

For your peace of mind once the payment has been made we will delete the email containing them.

Thank you for taking part it makes a real difference.

Groups and District

Payouts to the groups and to the district will happen quarterly. On the first payment, we will contact the GSLs to ensure the payment is paid into the group accounts. A payment receipt will also be issued to the group treasures to help with accounting. This will also be the same for the district.
